We are currently in the process of building our organization and will as soon as possible provide the following services to the Treasure Valley of Idaho.
- Community-Run programs that provide educational resources and opportunities.
- Example: You cannot find affordable piano lessons for your child, and you know 5 other families with the same problem in your neighborhood but not everyone can afford the split tuition of a local teacher. At P.A.C.K. you organize the “Piano Group”, a program of P.A.C.K. Now the families can collect tax deductible donations to fund the gap of their piano group with ease. - Help finding college scholarships.
- Connecting nonprofits and businesses to optimize efforts to help the community.
- Example: A tutoring business wants to give back to the community but is unfamiliar with the local nonprofits and opportunities. At P.A.C.K. they can get guidance in where their donations would be most helpful.
- Example: Two new nonprofits with complimenting missions both want to attend a community event but neither can afford the booth fee. They meet online at a P.A.C.K. discussion forum and realize they can share a booth, split the fee and both make it to the community event.
